Do you spend most of your day sitting at a desk?

The human body was made to move! Sitting at a desk for 8 hours+ a day wreaks havoc on the body leading to stiffness in the muscles and joints, a loss of flexibility, neck and back pain, stiff shoulders, poor circulation, and even insomnia. 

Yoga can undo the damage caused by sitting for long periods. 

 

Are you stressed out and feeling in need of some TLC?

Modern life is busy. Most of us work too much and take too little time to look after ourselves. 

Yoga and meditation can help switch off ‘fight or flight’ mode by activating the parasympathetic nervous system which helps you feel immediately more relaxed as well as also helping to build up a resilience to stress in the future.

Your Teacher

Hi, I’m Eloise. I’m a certified 200hr Yoga Teacher with training in Hatha, Yin & Aerial yoga. These days I can be found teaching 1-2-1 and group yoga sessions in East London, but in a former life I was a busy, overworked lawyer, so I know only too well the impact sitting as a desk all day can have on the body!

That’s why I created this course. 

I love sharing what I’ve learned about yoga and meditation to help people combat the stresses and pains of modern life. 

The Course is suitable for all levels, so whether you are an experienced yogi or you’ve never set foot on a yoga mat before, you are welcome to join us!
