Beginning with a detailed consultation, I will draw up a bespoke training program tailored to your individual needs, provide comprehensive nutrition guidance, and coach you on the lifestyle changes necessary to help you become your happiest, healthiest, and fittest self.

Sessions take place at Move Hackney, which boasts a well-equipped strength training area as well as a private personal training studio. My sessions are a mix of strength training, boxing, HIIT and bodyweight workouts depending on your particular requirements and preferences.

I also occasionally offer mobile personal training to your home or office by prior arrangement.
