I’m all about making things quick and easy. This smoothie recipe uses pre-prepared fruit and requires just 3 simple ingredients (plus some protein powder) so it’s super quick and easy to whip up!

Pineapple Mint Protein Smoothie

  • 1 small tub fresh, chopped pineapple
  • 1 scoop plain protein powder
  • 10-15 fresh mint leaves
  • 200 mls coconut water


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Simples!
