The Best Brunch Spot In London

I love brunch. Brunch is my favourite thing. And I’m quite good at it too. If brunching was an Olympic sport, I’d go for gold. So I’m always on the lookout for the best brunch spot in London, and infact in every city I visit.

Ladies and gentleman, I think we have a winner. I’m going to go out on a limb and say Sunday in Barnsbury is hands down the best brunch spot in London.

Why? Well, the food of course. I’ve been a few times now and everything I’ve ever ordered has been not just good, but bloody amazing. They also sell a half portion of pancakes or french toast, which solves my lifelong dilemma of whether to order sweet or savoury at brunch. The pancakes are AMAZING too – served with super crispy bacon, honeycomb butter, and berry compote.

And it’s not just the food that makes Sunday the best brunch spot in London, the drinks are important too. Because a good brunch is a broozy brunch. Sunday have got you covered, with their delicious and refreshing orange spritz, a mixture of orange juice, Aperol, and processco. It’s like a bucks fizz, but better.

Ok, so the downside is that you’re probably going to have to queue. But if you go for brunch pretty much anywhere decent in London, a bit of queuing is unavoidable. As much as I hate queuing, it’s worth it to visit the best brunch spot in London. Oh definitely give it a try! I promise you won’t be disappointed 🙂 Although I’m slightly regretting writing about it now, because the queue for weekend brunch there is already long enough as it is haha
