I truly believe that yoga is for everybody. If I had a pound for every time someone has told me that they are too inflexible to do yoga, I’d be a very rich woman! The thing is, saying you’re too inflexible to do yoga is like saying you’re too hungry to eat. If you’re inflexible, that’s the whole point!
Being too inflexible to do yoga, is like being too hungry to eat food.
It doesn’t matter if you can’t touch your toes, yoga can help you increase flexibility, reduce stress, improve mental health and increase muscle strength and tone. Yoga is an excellent accompaniment to strength training, running, cycling and pretty much any other form of physical activity. Not only can yoga help improve athletic performance, it can also minimise the risk of injury.
Taking up yoga is the single best thing I’ve done for my mental and physical wellbeing and I’d love to help you discover how it could benefit you too.

Yoga for Lesbian, Bisexual, and Queer Women in London
I run weekly yoga classes for lesbian, bisexual, and queer women in East London. Classes are £10 and are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

I also offer personalised private yoga tuition on a 1-2-1 basis. Private yoga classes can be a great way to start as a beginner to yoga. Sessions can be uniquely tailored to your individual ability, and allow a great deal of student-teacher interaction to perfect alignment and work on specific areas of weakness.

I took 1-2-1 yoga classes with Eloise because I wanted to practice yoga to manage my stress, become more confident and work on my concentration. The sessions have 100% helped me to achieve my goals.I am definitely less stressed! I thoroughly enjoyed the workouts, and within a couple of weeks had developed good habits, and had that wonderful twitchy feeling when I hadn't been able to train for a few days! The food advice was NEVER "Don't eat (____)" but rather, to try and include more of a certain nutrient. This was revolutionary to me. If you're sick of beating yourself up for not sticking to diets, or wasting months of your life because you're being so strict that you can't enjoy a night out with friends.
