I have to admit, I’ve neglected this blog. I haven’t posted since March this year, and even before then was only posting sporadically.
You know how it is; Life gets in the way. I was distracted by working with my face-to-face clients, by my personal life (I got married this year!) and, if I’m being honest, probably by too much Netflix too.
And just like with your fitness routine, the longer you leave it the harder it seems to get started again. (By the way, if you’re currently trying to get back into exercise after a break check out this post for some practical tips).
Anyway enough with the excuses. I’m here to say I’m back!
I’ve given the blog a little refresh, and to celebrate relaunching the blog I’m going to be posting every day for a week, starting 1st October.
I’ll be posting about fitness, yoga, intuitive eating, body image and so much more. I’m also going to be launching a monthly round-up post where I’ll be sharing the best body positivity, HAES, fitness, food, and yoga content from around the web.
