I offer a high quality bespoke personal training and coaching service, working with you to help you overcome your challenges and meet your health and fitness goals. Beginning with a detailed consultation, I will draw up a bespoke training program tailored to your individual needs, provide comprehensive nutrition guidance, and coach you on the lifestyle changes necessary to help you become your happiest, healthiest, and fittest self. Sessions take place in various locations throughout London, either outdoors in the beautiful surroundings of East London’s parks or indoors in a modern well equipped studio in South Hackney. I also offer mobile personal training to your home or office in Canary Wharf.

I know first hand how important it is to take a holistic approach to health. A few years ago I was working in a corporate job. I was stressed, fat, sleeping poorly, surviving on junk food and energy drinks. I knew something needed to change.

Slowly, I discovered how much difference exercise and good nutrition could make to my mood and body composition so I started taking my health a bit more seriously. However, it wasn’t until I tackled some of the broader lifestyle issues, like my sleeping patterns and stress levels, that I really started to see progress.

If you’re sleeping badly and stressed out (as so many of us are these days) the wrong approach to training and nutrition can do more harm than good.

You may have heard the saying ‘you can’t out-train a bad diet’ and that is certainly true. However, many people are less aware of the importance of other lifestyle factors such as proper rest, stress reduction, improving sleep habits etc.

Working out for an hour a day is unlikely to help you reach your goals if you’re not also developing healthy habits for the remaining 23 hours of the day.

That’s why I conduct a thorough screening interview with every new client to understand their own unique circumstances. I use this information to create a personally tailored plan that covers nutrition, exercise, and other lifestyle factors to ensure that you get the best possible results and reach your goals, whatever they may be.

Pretty much any personal trainer can devise a half decent workout program that would at least get you some results initially. But you’re unlikely to sustain those results or achieve your long-term goals without a more comprehensive approach. Even the best program in the world is no good if you can’t stick to it!
