The Autumn kick-start program includes twice-weekly outdoor training sessions (combining fitness & yoga), full nutrition guidance (with NO restriction, calorie counting, or banned foods), and health and lifestyle coaching. These small group training sessions are a welcoming, friendly, and supportive way to get fit, make friends, and generally have fun!
