6 Week Autumn Fitness & Yoga Kickstart for LGBTQ Women

Want to make friends, have fun, and feel great? Don’t wait till January to make a change, join this 6-week transformational program to get fit, gain more energy, and start the festive season on a high! If you complete this 6 week Autumn kick start you will:

– Feel fit and strong

– Learn to eat in a way that makes you feel GREAT

– Hang out with an awesome bunch of people

– Sleep better and wake up with more energy, ready to face the day

– Feel happier and less stressed

– Rock up at your office Christmas party feeling AMAZING

The Autumn kick start program includes twice-weekly outdoor training sessions (combining fitness & yoga), full nutrition guidance (with NO restriction, calorie counting, or banned foods), and health and lifestyle coaching. These small group training sessions are a welcoming, friendly, and supportive way to get fit, make friends, and generally have fun!


This group is for lesbian, bisexual, and queer women only. If you’d like to join the mixed group, open to all, please see the separate listing.
