Eloise is a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, and health coach. She is passionate about empowering women through strength training and works with her clients to help them create transformational change and become their happiest, healthiest, and fittestΒ selves.

Eloise’s anti-diet, body positive approach to health and fitness helps women finally make peace with their bodies and fall in love with weight training.

As well as the qualifications detailed below, Eloise is currently enrolled in the ACA Academy, run by the prestigious trainer and industry expert, Phil Learny. She is also undertaking a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London.

Qualifications

 

– REPS qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, and Level 2 Fitness Instructor (with additional certifications in suspension training systems, circuit training, boxing, and kettlebells)

– 200hr certified yoga teacher (Hatha Yoga), recognised by Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance UK

– 50hr qualified Yin yoga teacher

– Certified Primal Health Coach

 

Eloise has been blogging about health and fitness issues since 2013. In 2015 she set up One Complete Life to encourage others to take a holistic approach to health and wellness.
